Well, since then, I ditched the facial hair, cut my hair, got rid of the glasses and the 1980's wear and, like everyone else, cringe when I see those old images.

All the best,

Howard Schwartz, PULSE News, now in New York.

I was told by Howard Schwartz that Lucianno was the worst smelling man he ever interviewed! He was a great singer but i never meet him close enought to be able to write any comment about the way he smelled.

Looks is one thing but honesty is and and other thing.

Gee...
I wasn't the only person he told how much Lucianno Pavarotti smelled !!
Strange to notice that this reporter can make this interview the MOST INTERESTING one he had in his career. May be the olfaltic memorie kept with him longer then any other really interesting or fact interesting one.hahaha.

Howard Schwartz is a real good reader of news and a real good person to talk to. The only thing you have to remember is, like any journalist, the only thing that counts for him is what he can take from you.

I'm afraid the "Anonymous" blogger is weaving a fairy tale. I never said anything of the sort about Pavarotti. In fact the video speaks for itself. He was quite bundled up the whole time.

Anonymity in blogs is the tool of cowards. Pavarotti was a gentleman and a wonderful interview subject.

I also look back on my career with pride at never having been a journalistic parasite and "taking" from people. I gave great thought to how what I was writing would effect the subject and viewers.

Regards,

Howard Schwartz
