Girouard highway entrance, open only for cops!
Coolopolis pointed out a couple of weeks ago that the closure of the entrance to highway 15 south on Girouard has launched a world-ending traffic cataclysm in the West End. So yeah, as we can see here, it's still entirely possible to get on the highway, but only legal if you're a cop!

Hard to tell because of the colour composition, but it might have been a SAAQ truck inspection car or a Transport Quebec supervisor...seem to see a bit of blue striping as it sped past...SAAQ cars are always in NDG to eat lunch at Agostini's on Somerled.
It's proof that it would only take a minor adjustment to get that entrance open again from that direction at least.
Someone has to figure it out, get innovative and find a solution.
