The Montreal Museum of Archaelogy and History, located at Pointe a Calliere, allows visitors to walk through its large sewer pipe, somewhat similar to the Beaudry Street Tunnel--which likewise ought to be turned into a tourist attraction.
The northeast entrance to the now-closed Wellington Tunnel is currently used by Montreal Public Works as a storage area.
it is locked by a large gate, however, I once found it open and with no one around I entered inside a short distance: a truly dank and wet environment! Not a pleasant place to be.
