I see that your wife has an eye for tall strapping superstar Quebecois hockey players who - under the higher law - should be playing for the Montreal Canadiens. Everybody dreams of VL playing in the red white and blue which is a reason why his presence here at the time of year so many players are changing teams might be construed as meaningful. Interesting-lee his lunch companion was Sheldon Souray, who is expected to leave Montreal to play elsewhere but who still seems to be sticking to our football shaped hamburg like the mould on your bathroom ceiling.
Who told you about that mould? Lecavalier's contract doesn't end until 2009, maybe Bob is saving his pennies for then, or maybe he can convince Uncle Feaster to do a trade for Souray. But who wants a $5 million defenceman with a -28 plus/minus?
Yeh that's a seriously scary stat, minus 28, altho obviously his incredible feats on the power play weren't factored into that frosty plus minus, methinks his occasional pairing with a half of the Dandouilon beast and behind him Aebisher and forwards who can't score on 5 on 5 are largely to blame for that disastrous stat cuz Souray looked reasonably competent defensively this season, plus of course, he's a massively popular character, we got a ton of traffic when we posted our exclusive interview with him on this site. Oh, also, Souray is a super helluva nice guy.
