Cours Mont-Royal, the former Cardy-owned Mount Royal Hotel that became a Sheraton in the 50s...is at 1455 Peel. This picture is of 1451 Metcalfe, 1 block east...you are confusing the Cours with the CENTRE Mont-Royal, the locale where Montreal mega-lawyer Arthur Garvis held the Montreal version of the wedding reception of his son, one-time noted CIQC radio host and local comic legend, Mitch Michaels.
