Uncollected garbage clogs drains, leads to 1972 Montreal flood

On May 30, 1972, garbage collectors were on strike and the debris ended up clogging city drains, leading to flooding all over the city during a big rainstorm seen from the Main looking south towards Mount Royal Blvd.
