The "Tournee 99" designator indicates "extra operation".
In general, as pertains to bus operations, single digit run numbers indicate a bus that stays in the rotation all day, double digits a rush-hour addition, i.e. Tournee 1, 3, 5,7 would be the normal :00, :15, :30, :45 departures of a line with 15 minute frequency....when service becomes 7.5 minute frequency in peak periods, those extra buses are designated as 11, 13, 15, 17.
