Nuns get locked up

November 1957, 14 Vietnamese nuns and seven French Canadian nuns agreed to cloister themselves for the rest of their lives at the spartan Carmel Belle-Croix in Danville Eastern Townships. They agreed to never leave the premises and have no contact with the outside world for the rest of their lives. Some might very well still be there. Somebody check look in on 'em, it's on Academy Road. (La Patrie Nov. 24, 1957)
