How Nun's Island was supposed to look

This was the original road and bridge plan slated for the Nuns Island. Can you spot the differences between the plans and what was eventually built? The bridge on the bottom - ie: the great upcoming Galt Street link - still remains to be built. The other bridge, the long one, yes of course, tis the Champlain and it was indeed built. Not on the map is the Bonaventure Expressway which currently links the east (left) side to the rest of Montreal Island.

    I was disappointed to click the "spectacular penises" keywords at the bottom of this entry, only to find it's the only entry of its kind.
