Yup. We have the correct answer. It's the burning of the joint parliament -- the Halls of Assembly -- of Canada East and West, in April 1849. Pictures taken from short-lived Punch in Canada, which came out solidly on the side of the arsonists, who were protesting a bill that rewarded the 1837 insurgents.
