    The taxman owes them money but they are no longer to be found at their last known address?

    Probably not since some are mere children.

    Maybe they are ex-winners on Small Fry Frolics (with Frank and Dorothy Herron).

    Almost all young anglos - the de Maisonneuve E. address is a clue that the list dates from since 1967.

    My guess is the list of victims of the Blue Bird fire of 1972 - and there were some underage kids there.
