ReplyDeleteand the place never for firebombed? interesting....
ReplyDeleteIsn't Zestos and O'Haras closing after the summer as phase two of the Altitude condos gets underway
ReplyDeleteYes, the entire building will be demolished some time in the spring. O'Hara's Pub is trying to find a new location in the area. So far, we have had no luck. O'Hara's will remain open until the end of March 2011.
ReplyDeleteThats what I thought. Its too bad that JavaU took the spot corner Cathcart and McGill College, that would have been a sweet location. Isn't the spot on Union next to the Belle Vietnamienne.
ReplyDeleteiranienne iranienne opium wow more traffic again styl call for beer no problem nice depaneur iranienne sel alchool
ReplyDeletePeter got what he deserved because he was a greedy prick!!!!
ReplyDeleteZestos and O'Haras have closed down. Zestos delivery is being handled by Nickels on Ste Catherine with the same website and phone number (zestospizza.ca). Any restaurant downtown that stays open until 5 am sees more than it's fare share of drunken idiots, gangs and fights. Not to mention call girls and drugs. Pete never welcomed the criminal element but was afraid to turn it away for fear of retaliation. I remember seeing both the SPVM and SQ eating there all the time. Peter Alifragis is a nice guy and I wish him the best.
