Cool new Montreal videos

Interesting videos are constantly getting popped up on youtube, including that neat little thing above.

Some of the others: Robin Edgar, incredibly, is still protesting outside of the Unitarian Church at Claremont near de Maisonneuve. He's been doing this for about 10 years regularly simply because they declined to give him space to discuss some religious vision he had... here's a pretty video of people jogging in the snow on Mount Royal.... In this pretty good video, an architect named Robert Hajaly explains his worries that the Holt Renfrew building will be demolished and replaced by condos...and here's a new player on the Canadiens with an excellent haircut who beats up a player on Tampa with a far inferior haircut.

  1. Here's a feature-length documentary about Station Ten (the police station, not the bar) from 1973:

A warning, though, some of it is not for everyone, there's a suicide victim and a rape victim both quite graphically shown.

  3. Interesting to hear from the camera guys.

I can't imagine where that film was shown in 1973.
