Quiz who are these Montrealish women?

Clue: two = actresses. Two = accused of serious crimes. One = important gov't official. One = athlete. One = actor's wife.
Here's your answers:
1-Madeleine Sherwood (aka Madeleine Thornton b. 1922) who played a character on The Flying Nun and Cat on a Hot Tim Roof. She's a Montreal girl.
2-Claire Lortie, a lawyer, who at age 33 in 1983, was charged with murder after he boyfriend's body was found chopped up in a freezer. She was acquitted but later confessed to lesser charges related to her confession of sawing off the arm of the bankrupt deceased swimming-pool installer.
3- Elizabeth Rudel Smith (1911-1997) who worked as US Treasurer under Kennedy from 1961-1962 quitting after her plan to use colour money in the States was shot down. Rudel Machinery existed in Montreal at least since the first World War and possibly made weapons.
4-Joanna Shimkus, was born in Halifax, raised in Montreal, moved to Paris in her early-20s as a fashion model and appeared in several films. She then married Sidney Poitier and they seem to still be together.
5-Daphna Kastner, who married Harvey Keitel.
6-Nirra Fields, who is one of the best women basketball players on the planet.
7-Marie-Andre Leclerc, who went on a murder spree with Charles Sobhraj in India but died of cancer within a few months of being apprehended in Canada.

I'm pretty sure the woman on the right is Halifax-born film actress Joanna Shimkus. She played in a number of nice films in the 60's/70's (Les Aventuriers is fantastic) and later married Sidney Poitier.
