Sorta awesome simulation of future Montreal skyscraper view

If you find yourself at Dorchester and Mountain, step into the trailer on the northeast corner and ask to see this computer-generated display of future views from the condos that are going up at this corner.
It's sorta like a future Google Sky View.
The Icone is one of four being built in the immediate vicinity and I think it might be the best, as if you live in the GSM, you'd realize that there's a gravitational pull to Peel and Ste. Cat and being on this side of the six-lane boulevard makes life easier. You can get a tiny 350 sq ft apartment there for $260,000 parking included.
The condos going up over the Bell Centre are probably quite handy if you want to jump onto the metro or go to a hockey game without putting your winter coat on, but the idea that you'll be getting huge crowds of people when you go out to buy eggs is a bit off-putting, not to mention scalpers in your face going "psssst wanna buy tickets" every time you walk by.
