    There was a tabacco candie store owned by Hector Marier situated at 3894 Boulevard Gouin West in 1938.

    Lovell's shows the Provincial Bank at 3896 Gouin West in 1937, with Hector Marier's store next door. Strangely enough - Gouin wasn't renumbered (at least in this area) until 1955, when the bank became 5986 Gouin West.

    The photo would be at the corner of Lachapelle, which bordered Belmont Park.
