The funeral of Montreal hockey star Howie Morenz at Mt. Royal Cemetery in March, 1937. The youngster must have been Howie Morenz Jr., who would have been about 10-years-old at the time.

Our rink in Park Ex was named for the legendary Hab, but as a small kid I had no idea who Morenz was. Later, I learned of his central part in Canadiens lore.
