Sweet Lee's gets a toehold in the Hank

These young restauranteurs from St. Bruno who are set to launch their delicious bakery-ice-creamery-cafe in a little joint just east of that very cool square in St. Henry.
They're furiously transforming a massive old storage space on Beaudoin, which is one of those narrow streets in St. Hank which still have those big old wooden phone poles on the sidewalk.
It might be doubly hard to find because if you're like me you walk around St. Henry with tears in your eyes remembering the tragic conditions Gabrielle Roy from Winnipeg was forced to endure while living there writing the Tin Flute.
Their Sweet Lee's brand has already gained a following but they've been squeezed by the fact that they've got to create their masterpieces from a place they've outgrown.
Anybaze, she's Liana and she used to work at The Press Gourmet Shop and now she's branched out onto her own. He is her brother, Greg a big time carpenter handyman fixit guy. No estrogen in his water supply judging from those guns and mutton chops.
