Quebec man crucifies himself to get you to share his love for fat women

   Loveable oddball characters from the Kweebecks are always welcome on Coolopolis and so we make mention of Jose Breton, a Quebec City guy who has vigorously attempted to popularize his fetish for chunky woman through a prominent media presence.
    Most people with specific sexual peccadilloes are satisfied to pursue them in peace.
  Breton, not so much.
  He feels so strongly about his sexual arousal for fleshy babes that in a media interview in 1993 he once compared physically fit women to "children" and "extraterrestrials."
   “Curves are female emotions, when we touch them we feel those emotions and we become euphoric,” he said in a world-view that pretty much flies in the face of anybody who sees benefits in fitness.
  It's not enough for Breton to enjoy chunky, pudgy, round, curvaceous, rubenesque women, he really, really wants you to feel the same as he does.

   Breton launched a zine in the pre-net days around '93 and then moved on to Miss Ronde, a virtual beauty contest which only welcomes overweight women.
   He ran for a seat as an Independent in the most recent provincial elections under the slogan "The Parti Quebecois dislikes round women."
  He also had a campaign to get more fat women on TV.
   He posted a video of himself on a cross, apparently in a reaction to feeling shut out of the feminist movement last November.
  The virtual world of this communal cause has melted borders so it's hard to figure out which of the many beauty contests is the most applicable to Quebec or even which of the contestants are of the local variety.
   The one current round beauty pageant contestant we could find from these parts is a Montrealer named Marie, who weighs 180 lbs and is sports a size 12. You can vote for her to become the weigty beauty queen and there's a donate button on her page so you could even just send her money directly as a way to congratulate her for being plump.
